Cancellation, Late Arrival, and No-Show Policy

At Heritage Holistic Behavioral Health, PLLC, we value your time and are committed to providing timely care to all patients. Missed appointments limit our ability to serve others who are waiting for care. We kindly ask that you review the following appointment policies.

Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another patient.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $75 late cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

Patients who arrive 10 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time without prior notice may be considered a no-show and may need to reschedule their appointment. This policy helps ensure that all patients receive the time and attention they deserve.

No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when a patient does not attend a scheduled appointment without notifying the office.

• New Patients: Patients who do not attend their initial psychiatric evaluation without prior notice will not be rescheduled to establish care with the practice.

• Established Patients: Missed appointments without prior notice are subject to a $75 no-show fee. Patients who accumulate three (3) no-show appointments may be dismissed from the practice and will receive written notification if this occurs.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations may arise. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of the practice.
